3.	When the painting is ready for delivery, you'll receive an email indicating shipping / pickup date.

Special requests?
Tell us about your special requests for styles, colors and etc. Tell what you like the most about your photography. What would you like to see highlighted? We take the time for a dialogue between you and the artist either by. e-mail or phone to clarify your wishes and possibilities.

Framing?
Tell us if you want the painting framed. Below you can see the three different frames we offer. Matte Black, White and Silver.

Cash:
In case you're able to pick up the painting yourself, it is possible to pay cash.

We can deliver paintings to all countries within the EU. If you are outside of EU please contact for ordering.

Packaging and delivery: 29.48 EUR

The price will stay the same regardless of number of paintings. So, if you buy three paintings, you'll still only pay 29.48 EUR for shipping and delivery. The image is sent as a conservative package.

Additional delivery outside Denmark:
(EU): 23.58 EUR

Delivery time
Delivery time is three to eight weeks depending on size and details. When ordering you will receive a confirmation of your order and an expected shipping / pickup date. Moreover transit time. All goods will be sent by Post Denmark, if possible.

It is also possible, to come and pick up the paintings yourself, and thereby save shipping costs.

If you are late and would like to give a painting as a gift, then we can make a gift card for you. It is a personal card that you can give to the recipient on the day. Contact us for futher details.

It is possible to buy a gift card. artunika creates gift cards in any amount. It is a popular but unique gift idea. We print the gift card with a personalized text that you choose. See a sample of gift cards below.

Withdrawal and return procedure
As a customer you have the right to regret your purchase. And you can within 14 days from receipt return the ordered delivery in the original packaging. If you regret a purchase and want to return your delivery, you must send your delivery to:

Security when ordering a specially constructed painting
According to the law, you have no right of withdrawal of goods which are specially made for you, but we want you to have this security. We believe that you'll enjoy your painting, but since it is an artistic interpretation, we can never be sure. Therefore we offer you the opportunity to return the painting within 14 days of receipt. Then you'll get the money back but minus shipping and material costs.

Example:
You have ordered a painting for 2800 DKK + shipping 225 DKK. When ordering you pay 560 DKK to cover the costs of materials, corresponding to 20%. Before delivery, you pay the balance of 1265 DKK (including shipping). You regret the purchase and return the painting to me within 14 days. We will refund the 2240 DKK.

Under special circumstances, I cannot offer you return, but then I'll tell it to you before you order. If you take advantage of the withdrawal, the painting will remain property of the painter and I can use it as I like, such as a model.

Rates
All prices shown are in Danish DKK and incl. VAT. All unique works are not subject to VAT pursuant to Tax Law § 49 paragraph. 2, No. 3

All orders are billed at the price quoted at time of booking. Previously issued price lists or offers are not regarded as committal offers, taking reservations for the right to adjustments due to changes in various cost factors.

Complaints
In case of failure of delivery or defects on delivery, you must inform artunika artunika within 14 days of receipt. The painting is sent with copy of invoice to:

Force Majeure
In case of delay due to circumstances beyond artunikas control, artunika has the right to either suspend delivery or cancel the order without liability. Examples of such circumstances include strikes, lockouts, fire, government intervention or some form of force majeure.

Copyright
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the submitted material does not violate any copyrights.

Changes
We have the right to change this General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Basically I use your photo for model use. I keep a copy of the photo you send me and take a photograph of the finished painting. I can upload both digital photos on the website. I could show the pictures in other contexts such as advertisements and brochures. You will remain anonymous and I'll pass no other information about you. If you do not want me to use your picture as a model, you must let me know when ordering, so that I can note this in your offer and your invoice.
